Topology of my lab is 1 vCSA with external PSC each site and total of 2 sites( logically) in same SSO domain. Due to resource contention i had to power off the secondary site.
But later i faced a weird problem, my NSX dashboard was not working -> showing above error.
My first step to troubleshoot was to restart PSC and vCSA as the NSX connection to PSC & vCSA was showing green.
But this didn’t fix the issue, then i wanted to bring the last know healthy state so power on the Secondary site -> PSC & vCSA.
And my problem was fixed.
After reading whole lot of documents, i decided to decommission the second site by using the KB article.
